In response to the high rate of overdose deaths across Illinois, the Department of Human Services sought to increase openness and interest in medication-assisted recovery (MAR) among those with an opioid use disorder (OUD).
After successfully leading the conceptualization and execution of Rethink Recovery's Out of Home and Social Media campaign, I created 2 user personas to help the client and partnering physicians understand the patients they'd be treating as well as their supporters.
